All CIAC SPRING Sport Plans are fluid and can change day by day. We appreciate your flexibility to pivot and your understanding during these unprecedented times. 

Once schedules are finalized by the CCC Athletic Directors, I will make them available to Coaches and they will be uploaded onto the CIAC website for public viewing. Please remember in order to participate in a Spring sport you must do the following:
  • Register on Family ID (information below)
  • Have an updated Impact Test (testing dates below by sport)
  • Have an updated Physical (information below, please reach out to your coach or our nurses if you have any questions with physicals)

ATTENTION MHS Student-Athletes/Parents/Caretakers: 
Any students interested in playing a SPRING Sport MUST be in Cohorts A or B. If you are currently a student in Cohort C who would like to participate in a winter sport, please have your parent/caretaker contact the guidance department ASAP so that we have you documented to start in cohort A or B on March 26th , but able to try-out on March 27th or the week of March 29th  (this date could change depending on CIAC announcement). We must have this information ASAP. Remember, in order to try out you must be registered on Family ID for SPRING 2021, have an updated physical with the nurses office and be up to date with your Impact Test. If you have any questions, please contact Ms. De Jesus in the Athletic Department.



SPRING 2020-2021 Sports Registration is open and will close on March 28, 2021.  Anyone interested in participating in a SPRING Sport must register on Family ID

All Athletic Registration forms will be processed through FamilyID an online provider.

All students interested in participating in a 2020-21 MHS SPRING Athletic Sports Program must register HERE on Family ID 

 ***There are no fees to play sports at MHS

All incoming 9th graders will need an Impact Test before participating in any sport. Upperclassman, please check with your coaches if you do not know if you need an impact test.

* Impact testing is MANDATORY before participating in a sport and for freshmen, newcomers, transfers, and those with expired baselines (good for 2 years).

  2. "Season Kick-Off" is mandatory for all student-athletes interested in participating in a Sport (incoming freshmen, and upper classroom) and should be present with a parent/guardian.

SPORTS PHYSICALS are being offered through the School-Based Health Center.

No walk-ins will be accepted.

The School-Based Health Center at MHS will be open for Sports Physicals on school days (M, T, Thurs., Fri)

Sports physicals on file with our nurses office must be dated on or after 5/13/2020. CIAC 13 month rule.
