"Season Kick-Off" is mandatory for all student-athletes interested in participating in a Sport (incoming freshmen, and upper classroom) and should be present with a parent/guardian.


SPORTS PHYSICALS are being offered through the School-Based Health Center.

APPOINTMENTS: Parents can call or students should go to the Health Center to make an appointment for a physical.

No walk-ins will be accepted.

Please call 860-447-8304 ext. 8188 to make a sports physical appointment.  The School-Based Health Center will be open the week of 8/6 - 8/10.

**Spring Season Physicals: The physical date must be dated 
on or after May 12, 2018, in order to be accepted for clearance by the School Nurse. Sports Physicals must be active/not expire through the ENTIRE season of the sport being played.


ImPact Testing  will be held  in the Computer Lab on the following dates:

June 4, 5 at 2 pm
June 6 at 12 pm

* Impact testing is MANDATORY before participating in a sport and for Freshman, newcomers, transfers and those with expired baselines (good for 2 years).

We highly recommend that all MHS Student-Athletes sign-up to receive services from the SBHC.
