You
can take the plunge and become a supporter of the Blue Dragon winning
tradition and make a difference in our swimmers experience. The Friends
of Swimming supports the ideals of the Middletown High School swim team -
a commitment to the excellence in education and the pursuit of higher
human values through self knowledge and social development that comes
from participation in swimming activities.
Our swimmers and divers
will continue to make a big splash with your support of time or
financial commitment. We have several fund-raising activities that we
are undertaking, including a car wash, and selling butterbraids. There
are also team bonding activities which may need your support as well.
Our team will camp overnight at a state beach park, as well as pay for
dinner and events included in the evening. The team also tries to
provide opportunities to purchase team merchandise and senior gifts at
subsidized prices depending on the success of our fundraising efforts.
