All students interested in participating in a 2020 MHS Fall Athletic Sports Program, Family ID is now open for registrations.

Please register if you are interested in trying out in a 2020 Fall Sport.

    FALL 2020 IMPACT TESTING DATES: All testing is done in room 111 at MHS)

    All incoming 9th graders will need an Impact Test before participating in any sport. Upperclassman, please check with your coaches if you do not know if you need an impact test.

    • August 11 & 12: 1-2 pm: Football & Dance
    • August 13: 1-2 pm: Boys/Girls Cross Country & Cheerleading
    • August 18: 1-2 pm: Girls Swim/Dive & Volleyball
    • August 19: 1-2 pm: Boys/Girls Soccer
    • August 31: 2:30-3:30 pm: Crew & Make-ups
    • September 1: 2:30-3:30 pm: Crew & Make-ups

    **Under the current circumstances, these impact testing dates and times might change. We appreciate your flexibility during these unprecedented times

    * Impact testing is MANDATORY before participating in a sport and for freshmen, newcomers, transfers, and those with expired baselines (good for 2 years).

"Season Kick-Off" is mandatory for all student-athletes interested in participating in a Sport (incoming freshmen, and upper classroom) and should be present with a parent/guardian.

SPORTS PHYSICALS are being offered through the School-Based Health Center.

APPOINTMENTS: Parents can call or students should go to the Health Center to make an appointment for a physical.

No walk-ins will be accepted.

The School-Based Health Center will open the week 
                            of TBD

To schedule an appointment for a physical exam
on or after TBD call 860-704-4590 to leave a message, and a  coordinator will return your call to schedule the appointment. 

**FALL Season Physicals:The CIAC has extended the expiration of Physicals by 2 months just for the Fall 2020 sports season because of the pandemic. The physical date must be dated on or after September 15, 2019,  in order to be accepted for clearance by the School Nurse.
Sports Physicals must be active/not expire through the ENTIRE season of the sport being played.

All forms below must be completed and turned in to your coach before students are eligible to practice/play any sport:

We highly recommend that all MHS Student-Athletes sign-up to receive services from the SBHC.
