College & Career Center

College & Center offers career and educational planning services to all High School students and their parents. Located on the first floor next to the Guidance suite, the College & Career Center is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 2 PM and after school by appointment. Students can access the center during their study hall period or after school. With 20 computers, extensive college catalogs, career books, and various handouts...the possibilities are the limitless!

 While in the College & Center, students can:

  • Search for colleges

  • Research information on colleges

  • Attend visits from over 100 college and school representatives

  • Get assistance with college applications 

  • Work on college essays

  • Practice interviewing skills 

  • Look up scholarship information 

  • Sign up for the SAT and ACT tests

  • Obtain fee waiver forms for SAT and ACT

  • Build a resume or have a resume critiqued

  • Complete career interest inventories using Choices program

  • Gain knowledge regarding military options

  • Research trade school information

  • Search for summer and full time jobs

  • Explore various career choices and majors

New colleges will be added to this list frequenty, please check the Career Center door or Naviance for the most up to date list. 

Students must sign up to attend on Naviance at least one day in advance. You must also get a special pass from the career center and have it signed by your teacher.
